Usage metrics

Meaningful statistics are vital

Can I get info about who has seen my push offers or the number of cards downloaded?

Standard metric reporting is available at no charge. Since eCred does not retain any of your customer data, metrics are aggregated and not customer specific.

Available metrics include:

  • the number of cards issued;
  • the number of cards downloaded;
  • the number of cards deleted;
  • the number of offers sent;
  • and the number of offers opened per campaign.

How do Iaccess this information?

Access to these reports is via the “Client” specific web portal setup specifically for you as part of the eCred onboarding process. See "eCred Web Portal User Documentation" - available through our sales people.
