User Troubleshooting

 

Humm, got a problem hey?

The app is designed to be user friendly and should work without any hassles.

However, if you have any difficulties you can;

  • Watch each of the videos in the user section.  They are really helpful for eCred users.
  • Have a read on this page for any questions others have asked.
  • Contact the company that issued your card. Make sure they have issued the card.
  • Contact Virtual Cards Australia via email mick@lestep.com.au or phone 0412 174 111.

 

A business told me that there's a card is waiting for me but it doesn't seem to download.  Why not?

There are a few reasons. Firstly, check your set up information.If it's incorrect you won't receive your cards.

iPhone users should make sure they enter thier phone number with 04.

Android users should make sure they enter their phone number with 614.

 Next, check that the business has definitely issued your card and that the business has your correct details.


Will the app work on my iPad?

There are a number of reasons why the app is not suitable for your iPad.  eCredible will work on your smartphone and eventually it will totally replace your wallet/purse.

 

Do I need 3G to run the app?

Yes. And you need at least 3.1.3 operating system to ensure full functionality.

 

Failure to load new cards

Try shut down the application.  Don't just not just close the application.

e.g. iPhone - Double click the home button, press and hold the eCred application icon, hit the minus button to shut the application.  Now re-start the app.
